About Caroline
For more than 7 years, I have been supporting people who feel that talking alone is not enough. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, panic, stress, depressive moods, or eating disorders. They often already understand everything in their minds, but it doesn’t truly arrive in their bodies. As a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy, body and yoga therapist, I combine psychotherapy, somatic healing, and spirituality. In my work, it’s not about quick fixes or generic advice, it’s about real, embodied transformation. I create a space where you can learn to regulate your nervous system, integrate shadow parts, and deeply anchor your sense of self-worth. Because healing doesn’t happen in the mind. This program is for people who struggle with anxiety, stress, panic, depressive moods, or eating patterns and who feel that talking alone isn’t enough. It’s for you if you want to reconnect with your body, build inner safety, and create real, lasting change.
What happens in a session?
Each session is a safe space where we combine conversation with body-oriented methods. We regulate your nervous system, release old patterns, and reconnect you with your inner resources. You’ll also receive practical exercises you can integrate into your daily life.
Does it make sense if I’ve already done a lot of therapy or if I’m currently in a crisis?
Yes. Many of my clients have already tried different therapies. This work doesn’t replace therapy, but it adds a body-based perspective that often makes all the difference. If you are in an acute crisis, we’ll check together whether this program is the right next step for you.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your personal situation. Some clients benefit from a single impulse session, while others choose a package of several sessions to create deeper, sustainable change. Together, we’ll decide what feels right for you.
Can I choose the appointments flexibly?
Yes. We schedule your sessions individually and adapt them to your everyday life. You don’t have to commit to fixed dates in advance.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay via bank transfer or PayPal. If you need another option, just let me know.
