For more than 7 years, I have been supporting people who feel that talking alone is not enough. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, panic, stress, depressive moods, or eating disorders. They often already understand everything in their minds, but it doesn’t truly arrive in their bodies.
As a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy, body and yoga therapist, I combine psychotherapy, somatic healing, and spirituality. In my work, it’s not about quick fixes or generic advice, it’s about real, embodied transformation.
I create a space where you can learn to regulate your nervous system, integrate shadow parts, and deeply anchor your sense of self-worth. Because healing doesn’t happen in the mind. It begins in the body.
The Body Knows the Way means for me: your body is not your enemy. It is your compass back to safety, aliveness, and your true essence.
