Hi, I’m Caroline. Therapist and yoga teacher. For years I lived in my head, always controlling, always functioning. Until my body showed me: this doesn’t work. Yoga didn’t make me fitter, it made me calmer, softer, more free. Now I guide people struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or just the waves of everyday life. Who is this yoga for?
For anyone struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, sleeplessness – or simply the waves of everyday life. You don’t need any yoga experience. There’s no “must” here, everything is an invitation.
What happens in a session?
We start with a short arrival and introduction to the topic, often also the yogic perspective on it. Then we practice gentle, trauma-informed yoga: breathing, micro-movements, restorative postures. We always close with meditation or relaxation, so you leave calmer, softer and lighter.
Does it make sense if I already had therapy or am in a current crisis?
Yes – yoga can complement therapy. Many of my participants have therapy experience. Important: my offers are not psychotherapy and don’t replace medical treatment. If you are in acute crisis, please reach out for professional help (emergency numbers in your country).
Are sessions recorded?
No. To protect your privacy, workshops are never recorded.
How can I pay?
Via PayPal or bank transfer. You’ll receive all details in your confirmation mail.
Can I cancel?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your session/workshop for free. After that the full price applies, since your spot is reserved.
